Bruce Demoranville Jr., President.
As an owner of a printing and direct mail company for thirty-six years, I have worked closely with organizations in their marketing initiatives. I founded Boomerang Marketing, Inc. in 2018 with the mission of transforming my traditional brick and mortar printing company, to a full-service marketing and communication firm. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of retaining clients and attracting new ones. My primary role is to make my client’s job easier and, ultimately, increase their ROI. Utilizing high-quality printing, effective targeted direct mail marketing, branded corporate apparel, and gifts.
Recognizing the importance of internal communications within companies, I work with human resources departments in their team retention and acquisition programs. I also assist with team building initiatives and company stores that provide access to milestone gift programs.
A graduate of UMass (BS, 1988). A proud member of the Marketing and Leadership Club.
My hobbies include anything to do with the ocean: sailing, swimming and fishing the night tides for Striped Bass. I am an avid hiker, reader and an excellent cook.
Timothy O'Dell, Vice President.
Chef de cuisine specializing in training and development. I have worked as kitchen manager, general manager, business manager, and director of food and beverage. I have acted as a consultant for many years to improve clients relationships with their consumer population. I have overseen the purchase of new stores and taken part in the opening from start to finish. As a consultant, I was responsible for the acquisition and retention of staff for the establishment, training of the staff, and cost-benefit analysis to ensure that my clients were operating productively and efficiently.
I was an executive chef at Dave and Busters located in Providence, RI and travelled as regional executive chef around the northeast to lend expertise to other store locations. I managed 85 kitchen staff and worked with the general manager overseeing 300 staff members all while serving up to 4,000 covers per day.
I was a chef for Foxwoods Resort and Casino serving up to 80,000 customers per day. I supervised and directed 10-18 cooks and master cooks and delegated sous chefs in 21 different Foxwoods restaurants. I wrote the standards and procedures for Toby Keith's which were then used to open 10 other restaurant locations.
I joined forces with Bruce Demoranville to unite our expertise in general print production and marketing, as well as restaurant marketing and consulting.
